What i did over the summer . . .

This summer was about the most interesting summer of my life and i can promise you i will never forget it. I stayed with my dad half the summer and with my mom for the rest of the half. Almost every weekend I would go to one of my friends house. Ha One time I went to my friend Karas house and I got there at like 11:30 pm because i walked all the way from downtown to woodward st. then back to oltorf. then back to woodward than to south 1st. It was a LOT of excersice but it was very intersting. Plus at her house we climb on the roof from her balcony and it has the BEST view of downtown Austin. Ha then sometimes i would go to my best friends gabbys house and we'd do crazy stuff that was super fun. One time we went to this one hotel because we heard there was a pool on the roof. When we got to the hotel we spent 30 mins looking for a way to get to the roof. When we found out where it was we were super excited only to find out it was like 3 feet deep. That sucked. I love being with Gabby though cause she's the only one who will do all this crazy crap with me and won't think it's weird. SPEND A DAY WITH US AND I SWEAR YOU'LL FALL IN LOVE!! Sometimes during the summer we would just ride the city bus everywhere around town and stop at places and take pictures and just have fun. =]

Now let me introduce myself . .

Hi! My name is Arlette Figueroa and I am a freshmen at L. C. Anderson High School. I love to play soccer, text, shop, eat, hang out with friends, and a bunch of other stuff. I don't have any pets but tomorrow (September 5, 2008) is my little sisters birthday and were getting her a hermit crab. She's wanted one ever since she saw them at the mall. Well if you haven't noticed I have a little sister named Christy Shea. My moms name is Benigna but she likes to go by Nina or mom. My dads name is Chris and I stay with him every other weekend because my parents are divorced. I have a best friend named Gabby and we've known each other since 3rd grade! I have another best friend named Harley and I've known her since 4th grade. I have much more friends and I've made many more when I started school at Anderson. I love music!! I listen to about everything except country, classical, classic rock, and others (no offense to any who like that music it's just not my type). I really like drawing too even though i'm not very good at it haha. I love food, any type I think it's the best thing in the world! My favorite colors are green and purple but I love all colors (especially the bright ones, think neons). I like to write and talk a lot. I get distracted very easily (my friends say I have an attention span of a two year old). I'm also very random. I have a bad temper and sometimes don't like to listen to others opinions but most of the time i'm very easy to get along with.
